Did you set the decoder to scan for the channels?
My dad had collected the decoder and they were really vague on how to install.. so really i had to play around and figure out myself.
Forgot what i did to be honest, ill double check when i get a minute and the tv`s free.
But you need to set it to scan all (something) and then it starts picking up the different channels and assigning numbers.
Or are you seeing the channel names... and not being able to watch them? (tipo still encrypted?)

Yep - I did the scan, the channel names are coming up but still encrypted.
It's like the card is not there.
It does feel a bit loose... but it can't go in any further.
Tnx 4 d reply btw

also another thing to consider is the signal
go on channel 46, 47 and check the signal .. we had the very same problem, turned out to be that the aerial was facing the wrong direction, they told us to make it to hilton, then to naxxar when it was best to us to make it face neither and face in between lol :|

Updated with what?
I had had the card for a year already, and when I put it back in the Multiplus set top box it worked straight away.
It looks more like the LCD is not recognizing the card :(
Even when I go to CAM settings, they are disabled

Mystery solved - was misled by salesman
"Just put your card in" he said.
What he did NOT say is that you need to buy a CAM first!
At an extra cost between Lm15 and Lm50!
Pity I did not find the same salesman for I would've heard Ting Ting Ting...
Now I need to find out what kind of CAM the Multiplus Card uses and buy that one... or stick to the Multiplus set top box for the maltese channels...
NE1 Knows Justin Case?

Sony Bravia LCD 32"
Multiplus say CAM should be Conax Cas5 compatible - looks like the Matrix is Conax compatible but Cas5??
Are you sure you dont have a slot where you can connect the cards without anything else? My samsung has both the non interactive slot is jsut a small slit on top of the other not really noticeable
