Jien nafha li SATA jkollha transfer speed ta 1.5gb/s waqt li SATA 2 jkollha 3gb/s
issa jien sa fej naf jien minand scan SATA xtrajtha mux SATA 2
pero andi jumper biex nikkontrolla jekk irridx it transfer rate 1.5 jew 3...
xi hadd jista jghidli naqa x andi ux sata jew sata2 please !!

x motherboard ghandek l ewwel haga u x ghandek miktub fuq il hdd ? kemm xtrajtu , x ditta u kemm storage space ?

skond il mobo dik, u btw, prova haddima SATA2, jekk tahdem ma nahsibx ghandek problemi. prova xi speedtests liktar liktar filkaz.

heqq mela its a SATA ux . still by opening it to 3gb rate its not going to reach that if its sata .

There's a bit of a naming problem actually.. the organization that issues the SATA specification (then called SATA2 itself) wanted SATA2 to be named SATA 3.0GB/s, as there were other specifications issued by the SATA2 organization, not jsut 3.0GB/s
so perhaps that's why
arrah kem jifhem il-killy :P
make sure you set the hdd jumper well... if not, the hdd just won't be working at full power :P
