Its not only mc donalds that do not pay for the so called "overtime" and yes maybe mcdonalds is one of the shittiest job for an employeer to work as, as all cateering is, but when you get to a real job and its listed that you work for so many years in that job they see that your hard working, that you've got teamwork etc etc.
