I loved that Babylon Zoo track! One of my childhood faves. It was actually covered later by black metal band Kovenant on their album when they totally changed musical direction to a more electronic sound.

if 897 bay n X FM were shit radio stations they wouldnt be makin all that money. they just play commercial tunes which 75% of the Maltese population probably likes most.

it doesnt rly suit my tastes either but I wouldn't call them 2 shit ;)

If you search through most of the Maltese Radio Stations, and I'm not just talking about the national ones, 99% is that you WILL hear one of your favourite oldy classic song. You just have to eliminate Bay and XFM.

I suggest you give a go to Central FM www.centralfmradio.com

It's not cause I work there, but the station features a lot of international shows, which play a large variety of music. Give it a go

The problem with radio stations is that there is little diversity. Everyone plays the 'tunes of the times'. All the radio stations cater for the commercial hits and even they they are almost exclusively recent hits not classics (bar a couple of stations such as Capital Radio and Calypso)You get very few radio stations which have a show for rock and generally, when they do, its not during prime time (Wesley's Rock Show on XFM and Rockfile 2 on 101). If only I had enough money to open a radio station.... :cool:
