obviously maltanet are still 'solving' their god-damn problems and thus I can't play online (can't connect to master server) however, I'm very happy on how the game turned out to be. As fast as UT99 and as agile as UT2004, with stunning gfx all round of course!

Jien pruvajta naqa ilbierah. Great graphics, same old gameplay lol. Theres nothing really different here from UT2k4 except the way it looks. Netcode is amazing, reg is excellent though.

Anyway, the usual UT guys will love it, it has the same feeling and movement from UT2k4. As for me, Q3 is still a better and the most competitive deathmatch game :p

Yes its a major graphical upgrade with the same gameplay ofc why change it? :P

There are a lot of cool new stuff like the hover boards and new vehicles.

The game is running very well on my rig I didnt really expect it to run that well on full demo gfx. Although I think the full version will look better.

I cant play it online as well..god damn maltanet.

btw, game is faster than ut2k4, speed is similar to UT99, which is wonderful. You guys tried hoverboard in VCTF? Fucking awesome! :D

at first it went smooth - as soon as I clicked to start deathmatch I had an error and game closed - now it just gives me error before the menu - what could be wrong?:'(

system req should be fine though I know not the best

check that you have latest drivers! I know people who have had crashes because of that...

My game didn't have any trouble at all, on the other hand :D

btw, just read:

Its worth noting that the highest texture detail levels from the full game arent present in the UT3 beta demo. This has been done to keep the demo download at a reasonable 740MB as opposed to several gigabytes.

hey is anyone having bad lag when playing online? ax i just can't get to play well online, i'm getting a 1-2 sec lag which believe me is very destructive in a fast paced game like this :\:

The game runs fine, the only problem i have is that i can only change the resolution. When i change the textures/world detail and restart game for them to take effect, the default settings are restored :( ie 640*480 with lowest possible quality

Actually, lectric, the weapons are mostly the same, just redesigned... You are saying gothic because of a single gargoyle in a square? If you saw the tripod, you'd probably say it's war of the worlds, if you saw suspense you'd say war struck on london bridge, and if you saw shangri la you'd say it's too chinese for you... :P

Any1 having trouble when playing on Vista 64? My game is crashing on me after some play time say like 15mins or so. I get a BSOD. Using 163.71 driver and an X-Fi scard.

no i`m saying gothic because basically overall it seems to be darker and well just more gothic, i dunno how to explain it, the massive amount of dark detail it has overall makes it all gothic-y

well they always said its a return to the orginal fast paced UT there are a few changeds yeah but overall its a whole new design, the feel is still all thereno i`m saying gothic because basically overall it seems to be darker and well just more gothic, i dunno how to explain it, the massive amount of dark detail it has overall makes it all gothic-y

yah one of the levels is set at night but the rest have nothing dark about them (at least from the 3 maps of the many we we have seen)
