There is a problem uploading avatars.
I am checking it right now to see what is wrong.
Small update on the avatars...
It seems it uploads but is by default not visible...
Just upload your Avatar as you normally would, and once in a while I am checking the custom avatars and making them all visible.

i think u still need to allow gifs .. my gif didnt display well .. just blank transparent image .. thus, u either allow jpg's or else gifs to be treated as gifs not as jpgs .. got some meta tags to check i guess :)
gluck ;)

It wasn't gif related... I just needed to get the image processing working on the server... which I finally did .
This fixed all locations where image verification is required, and also avatar related issues as well... hopefully ;)
