[WTB] Socket 478 motherboard

i need a good brand Socket 478 motherboard with dual channel , 800fsb preferably new .

most important features should be dual channel , 800fsb , have LAN , no built-in sound or VGA required although they probably are integrated as standard .

well, a couple of months ago my asus p4s800(i think) on the other pc died, had to get a new one; though the only mobo i found was an Asrock (with pci-x, not agp, had to buy a new vga aswell)...
