what the hell??? this is becoming too much. Too hear about this type of news was rare for me in malta, usually italian televsion is flooded with this junk, but now it's getting worse.

hopefully some good info comes out from the girl injured but she must be realllyyy in a psychological shock

let me explain coz i was in helping in the investigation .

the man was walking from church with 2 young kids and an older girl , all three children are not related to him . their mother was having an affair with the dead guy . At first the kids didnt help to much at all and i dont blame them because the guy that shot him was their father . the woman told the insp later on but we had a few gathered info on site mainly the get away car and description .first we found the car in siggiewi then he was apprehended at approx 1.45pm .
i dont know what happened after that because they took him for questioning at C.I.D HQ .
Most probably he will be arrigned in court tomorrow morning.

All i can say was that the kids were terrified msieken seeing such an ordeal ,and the 14yr old girl theysaid was injured , was slightly scratched with ricochet buck shot nothing serious thank god .

i dont think you got the scenario . the killer/father of the 3 children came from behind and told him "hoi hares l hawn" as he turned he shot him 3 times 1 in the shoulder , 1 neck and 1 in the back .3 close range shotgun shots .

to do that you need leverage, which is not always possible. i mean it is the most plausible thing to do but you need to place yourself in his situation and in his state of mind, i guess i would've probably done the same thing with the added killing of the wife :D
