Games installed on a PC are streamed over the network in order to be played on a PS3, the PS3 must have Linux installed and running a client called streamMygame and the Pc must be running the server version.

why on earth would you want to stream pc games on a console ?

lol mhux huma jafu, cos a bloke woke up one fine day and said to himself let me see how I can fulfill my life cos from childbirth he always wanted to play Pc games on a console and so he did. the point is of streaming a game on anything such as a console, other PCs and laptops.

probably its to have a bigger screen to play the game on but im assuming you still need to have a lm700 rig to play crysis on the ps3, now hopefully it soon comes out when that ps3 developer job request is filled
