Tomb Raider: Anniversary, also known as Tomb Raider: 10th Anniversary Edition, is the next release of the Tomb Raider series. It is now confirmed by Eidos/SCi that this will be a remake of the original Tomb Raider game using an improved version of the Tomb Raider: Legend game engine. Eidos claims it will include all the original levels from Tomb Raider. New features, such as a bigger arsenal of weapons, including "Uzis", and improved interactivity with environments, have been confirmed.

The game is being developed for Sony's PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2, and Microsoft Windows. The release date is set for Spring 2007, which will actually mark the 11th anniversary for the Tomb Raider series.

On October 27 2006 Eidos Interactive revealed the first official Tomb Raider: Anniversary screenshot.[1] The level appears to be the Lost Valley.

The game was officially unveiled by Eidos and Crystal Dynamics as a video, which ended dramatically with the arrival of the T-Rex.

Personally I hated it. I still have nightmares about those dreaded Venice levels. The original is still the best for me, followed by Legends.

1 was amazing, 2 was great too cos they added a lot of nice stuff. The flop started with the 3rd game.

find the 3 cogs , wahda vicina , 2 nd qeda wara l flow u 3 trid toqtol ir rex .

putting the 3 cogs in that sort of machine near the waterflow will block the water to show a hidden passage behind the waterflow . and dont cheat with walkthrough its not fun at all , just make sure u inspect every corner of the map .

i found 2 cogs and placed them in their place .... however i cant find the third, hence i cannot find the "rex" u're mentioning ...

edit: no walkthroughs for me dnt wry :D

edit: this game is really getting my nerves on :@ , glock pls post some screenshots where i should go coz i'm stuck lol. i cannot find the god damn 3rd cog ! (i picked up one from the floor, and the other i went up up up until i found another one, and then i met with a lever which opened a gate in the water (afaik).

make sure you inspect every corner and remember your routes otherwise ure going to get lost and frustrated resulting in what sinner said in his post .

i have played Tomb raider 1, 3 and Legend

Legend was awesome, finally you fight some humans, not only monsters/snakes/spiders/statues

hope this one is similar and follows the original's story line and simple puzzles and not the crappy following

I tend to disagree, at least when it comes to storyline and plot, Tomb Raider 1 always takes first place.

I remember playing that when it first came out , I still have the original running around somewere.

The Egypt Based missions will be the best in that game


*remembers gunning down mummies and hordes of other thingamabobs*


Angel of Darkness was a great disappointment , not to mention the shitload of bugs in it.
