Flash Forward (2009)

[scarface]

In search of following some interesting new series, I came across this nice sci-fi drama , Flash Forward. It airs on ABC every Thursday, and premiered last Thursday 24th September.

Basically the series takes off when everyone around the world looses consciousness for 2mins17sec at exactly the same time, and when everyone wakes up it is total chaos. I don't want to say more than that but it looks it is going to be a promising series.

There is some interesting cast too :

Joseph Fiennes (Enemy at the gates)
John Cho (Harold and Kumar)
Sonya Walger (aka Penny in Lost)

Just seen episode 2 and it was pretty gripping just like the first ep. The way the plot is building up, is quite interesting.

i just watched the first EP of flashforward. first thing that cought my eye was in the first few minutes, a huge billboard with the OCEANIC airlines advert. I enjoyed it but after watching it i realised that it had a LOST thing to it. hopefully it wont.

ye it does have the LOST feeling.. especially that post blackout scene... but I always enjoyed lost anyways :p

watched both episodes and imo its a must to watch :)

I really like the first two episodes and waiting for the third one. My concern is that it will probably be this good for a solid season or 2 until it ends up a mishmash of mini-stories trying to suck the last blood from the main story.

reading their lips whilst listening helps you understand what they're saying.....

and one of the reasons family guy/south park are easier to understand because they're just voice acting, speaking clearly wouldnt be an issue since they're only sitting down in a studio :P
